About Us

Maker City LA is housed on the 11th floor of The Reef in Downtown Los Angeles. We opened our doors in 2013 to serve the hands-on-makers of the entertainment production and apparel industries. Over time we expanded our floor to non-profits, licensed practitioners, and entrepreneurial startups. . Today, Maker City LA is home to startups, nonprofits, artists,  and educational spaces, creating a vibrant hub where innovation meets purpose.
